Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the SentryVista platform, software, or services ("Services"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you or the entity you represent ("you") and SentryVista, Inc. ("SentryVista," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use our Services.

2. Use of Services

2.1. License

Subject to your compliance with these Terms and any applicable service agreement, SentryVista grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Services solely for your internal business operations.

2.2. Restrictions

You may not: (a) reverse engineer, decompile, or otherwise attempt to discover the source code of the Services; (b) rent, lease, sell, or sublicense the Services; (c) use the Services to develop a competing product or service; (d) use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Services, including all associated intellectual property rights, are and will remain the exclusive property of SentryVista and its licensors. The SentryVista name, the Lion-in-Shield logo, BASILAX, and all related names, logos, and product names are trademarks of SentryVista. You may not use such marks without our prior written permission.

4. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS," WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENTRYVISTA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, STATUTORY, OR OTHERWISE. IN NO EVENT WILL SENTRYVISTA BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT of OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES. Trust Inversion Liability is expressly excluded.

All agreements and data handling are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA. Our practices are aligned with NIST AI RMF principles and respect SBIR Data Rights (DFARS 252.227-7018).
